Things To Do

On Campus

Forest Walks and Bird Watching

Explore the restored indigenous forest that forms the heart of the campus. Now supporting over 180 bird species and a growing range of native wildlife, the forest reflects more than two decades of ecological restoration. Guided walks and birdwatching tours allow guests to experience this biodiversity firsthand. Link back to environment.

Gift Shop

The gift shop features artisan products from across Kenya, alongside indigenous seedlings for guests interested in contributing to restoration efforts at home. Proceeds support local makers and environmental initiatives.

Ride through tea fields, forest trails and quiet country roads. Early morning mist and cool highland air is an invigorating and low-impact way to explore the landscape.
