Exploring Brackenhurst, The Conference and Retreat Centre In The Forest

Jun 17, 2020

In this video Hannah Muchuki Githuki, founder and leader of Inside Out Development invites you to explore the story of Brackenhurst Conference and Retreat Centre and its role in her life and family. Hannah consults people in personal development and uses branding to tell their stories. Even if you have heard of or visited Brackenhurst before you may not know that this is a site of one of the wonders of Kenya?

“Brackenhurst is a unique retreat and conference center, one of a kind.” Says Hannah. “It is a venue surrounded by a restored indigenous forest. And that’s wonderful. One of the taglines at Brackenhurst is Breathe at Brackenhurst. And that is exactly what you feel like doing here in the forest.”

This short film takes you on a guided tour around the hotel rooms, Muna Tree Cafe, a number of our outdoor green spaces and the forest. The tour ends where it begins in the amazing restored indigenous forest that drew Hannah into the story, the story of one of Kenya’s most unique conference and retreat destinations. We welcome you to Brackenhurst in Tigoni, just 20 km northwest of Nairobi where you can create the next part of your story.
